SIUE's East St. Louis Center for Performing Arts (CPA) provides a lecture and youth demonstration featuring Katherine Dunham trained instructors at SIUE Lovejoy Library on October 23, 2017. Those instructors are: Jack Williams, Andrea Smythe and Master Drummer Gerald Williams. Youth from the CPA perform dance and drum techniques.
